Project
Öztürk Group — Corporate Email Service
We created corporate email addresses for Öztürk Group running on the company's own domain, and we host and back up the email accounts on our server.
About the project
Öztürk Group is a company working in the field of engineering. We provided the company with a corporate email service running on its own domain.
As part of the work, we created the corporate email addresses the company needed on its domain. The email accounts are hosted and backed up on a server we manage.
Need
In correspondence with customers and business partners, email addresses that do not carry the company name weaken corporate credibility. Where emails are not backed up regularly, there is also a risk of losing important correspondence.
Solution
We pointed the company's domain to the email service and created the corporate addresses. We host the accounts on a server we manage and back up the emails.
Features developed
- Corporate email addresses on the company domain
- Multiple email accounts as needed
- Domain configured for the email service
- Email accounts hosted on a managed server
- Server-side email backups
- Service managed by the Akitoo team
Result
Öztürk Group's email correspondence now runs through backed-up corporate accounts carrying the company's own domain.
