Kartal Oto Lastik is a tyre business offering tyre replacement, tyre repair and balancing, as well as 24/7 roadside assistance. In this kind of business, most customers reach the website in an urgent situation, often on the road and from their phone. The website was therefore designed around quick calling and leaving a request in as few steps as possible.

Sample themes were reviewed together with the client for the design; the chosen template was reworked around Kartal Oto Lastik's logo and red-black corporate colours, and the content was prepared in Turkish.

The site has a separate detail page for each service, a top bar showing working hours and the address, call buttons, customer testimonials and a frequently asked questions section. The request form sends the visitor's message, together with the selected topic, as an e-mail on the server side.

A driver with a flat tyre or stranded on the road wants to reach a reliable business quickly. A digital presence that does not clearly show services, working hours and contact details pushes customers in an emergency towards another company, and the roadside assistance and repair services the business offers remain invisible online.

We placed the call and information buttons on the first screen of the homepage, and working hours and the address in the top bar. We prepared separate detail pages for roadside assistance, tyre renewal and replacement, and tyre repair and balancing.

Visitors can leave a request through the form by choosing roadside assistance, tyre repair or information; the form works with AJAX and forwards the message as an e-mail via PHP. The site adapts to all screen sizes and is measured with Google Analytics.

Kartal Oto Lastik's roadside assistance and tyre services were brought together on a mobile-friendly corporate website where visitors can call with one tap or leave a request through the form.
