Atomak Mühendislik — Corporate Email Infrastructure Setup
We reconfigured the corporate email infrastructure for Atomak Mühendislik: we identified the cause of the outages, moved the email service to a new server, set up the domain and email settings, carried out backup and security checks, and tested every account before handing it over.
About the project
Atomak Mühendislik's corporate email accounts were suffering outages because of configuration problems on their existing server. We identified the source of the problem and rebuilt the email service so that it runs reliably.
As part of the work, we reviewed the server configuration, moved the email service to a new server and went over the domain settings required for email. We completed backup and security checks and, after testing all configurations, handed the accounts over to the company.
Need
Corporate email is an engineering firm's main channel of communication with customers, suppliers and project stakeholders. Server-related outages cause messages to go undelivered, disrupt correspondence and damage the company's professional image.
Solution
We first reviewed the configuration on the existing server to find the cause of the outages. We then moved the email service to a newly rented server, reconfigured the domain and corporate email settings, and ran server performance and security checks. After the backup checks, we tested each account one by one to confirm it was working properly.
